How Maps ranking is actually measured: one query, checked from 49
points around the business. 17 points in the top 3, 45 in the top 10.
Currently working with teams in these categories
§01 why neuradevs
Five vendors, five dashboards, nobody answerable.
Most businesses do not have a marketing problem. They have
a coordination problem that looks like a marketing problem.
01
The SEO agency blames the developer.
Fixes sit in a backlog for months because nobody owns the site.
02
The ads agency blames the landing page.
Spend keeps running while the page it points at never changes.
03
The social agency reports reach.
Nobody can tell you which of those views became an enquiry.
04
Nobody is watching AI answers at all.
Buyers ask an assistant first, and a competitor is named instead.
05
You become the project manager.
You paid for outcomes and inherited a standing meeting instead.
We take the whole surface, or we tell you who should.
Neuradevs runs search, local, AI visibility, paid media, content, PR
and reputation from one plan with one point of contact. The person
who writes the page also owns whether it ranks, whether it is cited,
and whether the ad pointing at it converts.
Where a specialist would genuinely serve you better than us, we say
so on the first call. We would rather lose a line item than take
money for work we would run at half strength.
One plan. One contact. One set of numbers everyone
is judged on.
§02 services
Twelve services, grouped by the job they do.
Pick the outcome you need first. The service list is
organised by what it achieves, not by which department owns it.
You get the technical fixes, pages and links that
move the keywords with money behind them, not the ones that
look good in a report.
Technical audit with a prioritised, engineering-ready fix list
On-page and internal linking work, revenue pages first
Topic clusters built from real query and sales-call demand
Monthly Core Web Vitals, crawl and index-coverage checks
You get named inside ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity
and Google AI Overviews when someone asks the assistant what
you sell. This is our sharpest edge, and the one most agencies
in India are not measuring yet.
Search engines rank a list and let the
buyer choose. Assistants choose for them, then name one or two
businesses. Being on the list is no longer the same job as
being the answer.
Entity groundwork: one consistent name, address, team and
offering everywhere a machine can read it
Schema markup for Organization, Service, Product, FAQ and
Person, so your facts are parseable rather than inferred
Answer-shaped content: direct definitions, real numbers,
comparisons and cited sources instead of scene-setting
Placement on the third-party pages assistants quote from,
including directories, roundups and trade publications
Monthly citation tracking across four assistants against
the prompts your buyers actually type
What we will not claim
Nobody can guarantee a citation in an AI answer, and any
agency that does is selling you something they cannot
control. What we can do is make you the easiest business in
your category for a model to describe correctly, then show
you month over month whether that is working.
You get a profile that is complete, correctly
categorised and actively worked every week, not set up once and
abandoned.
Categories, services and products mapped to how people search
Weekly posts, seeded questions and answers, photo cadence
A review request system your front desk can actually run
Spam-listing reports against competitors gaming the pack
You get ranking measured across your whole
service area, not from a single point at your own front door.
Map grid rank scans: one query checked from 49 points across your
service radius, month over month
NAP and citation cleanup across Indian and global directories
Service-area and locality pages that survive a quality review
Proximity strategy: where to list, open or target next
You get pages and videos written to rank, to be
quoted by an assistant, and to answer the objection that
actually stalls your sale.
Blogs mapped to clusters, not to a calendar that fills itself
Landing and service page copy written against real objections
Case studies and comparison pages your sales team can send
Video and reel scripts, plus a monthly customer newsletter
You get named in the publications your buyers
read and the ones search engines and assistants trust.
Press releases and story angles editors will actually take
Journalist and podcast outreach with placements tracked
Founder thought leadership: bylines, quotes, panels
A crisis response plan written before you need it
You get control of the first page someone sees
when they search your brand name before buying.
Steady review generation on Google, Justdial and trade sites
Response templates and an escalation path for bad reviews
Suppression of unfavourable results using assets you own
Brand SERP monitoring with alerts when page one changes
You get a content operation that runs on
schedule, not a calendar that slips two weeks every month.
Monthly calendar tied to offers, seasons and search demand
Short-form video and reels produced in batches, on location
Community and DM management inside stated response hours
Creator and influencer collaborations, briefed and measured
You get spend tracked through to booked revenue,
not to form fills nobody in your office ever called.
Google Search, Performance Max, YouTube, Meta and retargeting
Conversion tracking rebuilt, including offline conversion imports
from your CRM so the platform optimises for closed deals
Landing pages built and tested against the promise in the ad
Weekly search term, placement and negative keyword work
You get a fast site built for conversion and for
crawlers, handed over in full with nothing held hostage.
A Core Web Vitals budget agreed before design starts
Page structure and forms built around one decision per page
Schema, sitemaps, redirects and analytics wired at launch
Code, hosting and domain in your name from day one
You get the contact list you already own turned
into repeat revenue instead of a spreadsheet nobody opens.
WhatsApp Business API setup, templates and approvals
Broadcast campaigns and abandoned-enquiry follow-ups
Lifecycle email flows: welcome, nurture, win-back
Opt-in hygiene and unsubscribe handling that keeps you clean
You get constituency-level digital operations run
to a documented compliance standard, at campaign tempo. We work
with any candidate or party, and we do not take a side in the
contest we are hired for.
A campaign is a marketing problem with a
hard deadline, a public record and a regulator. It is run
differently from a retainer, and it is staffed differently too.
Constituency and candidate SEO, plus control of the first
page of results for the candidate and party name
Booth-level and demographic social targeting, with creative
produced in the languages the constituency actually uses
WhatsApp and IVR outreach with consent capture, opt-out
handling and per-round delivery reporting
Opposition narrative monitoring with same-day rebuttal
content, cleared before it goes out
Volunteer and karyakarta content kits, so the ground team
posts the same message you are running centrally
How we handle compliance
Political advertising is routed through the Media
Certification and Monitoring Committee for pre-certification
before it runs. Spend is documented for the returning agent.
Creative follows the Election Commission of India social
media guidelines and the model code of conduct once it is in
force. We do not run anonymous pages, impersonation accounts,
deepfaked audio or video, or paid amplification that hides
who paid for it. If a request crosses that line, we decline
it in writing.
§03 generative engine
optimisation
Ranking gets you on the list. Being cited gets you the answer.
Generative engine optimisation, in plain language, and
what we do about it every month.
GEO is generative engine optimisation. It is
the work of getting your business named inside the answers ChatGPT,
Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews give. Some people call it
AEO, answer engine optimisation. It is a separate discipline from
ranking on Google, and it has nothing to do with geography.
A search engine hands the buyer ten options and
lets them choose. An assistant reads those ten, decides for the
buyer, and names one or two businesses in a sentence. If you are not
one of the names in that sentence, the buyer never reaches the list
you worked to rank on.
The click is no longer the first thing you compete
for. The sentence is.
This is not a rebrand of SEO. A model does not
crawl and rank your page, it builds an internal picture of what your
business is, what it does, where it operates and whether it can be
trusted, then assembles an answer from that picture plus whatever it
retrieves live. Which means the work is different in kind. You are
not optimising a document for a position. You are making a business
legible to a machine that will describe it out loud.
Three things move the needle, and none of them are
tricks. Your facts have to be identical everywhere a model can read
them, because contradiction makes a model hedge and hedging means it
names someone else. Your content has to answer directly, in the first
two sentences, with numbers and named sources rather than a warm-up
paragraph. And you have to appear on the third-party pages that
models pull from, because an assistant trusts a trade publication
describing you far more than it trusts you describing yourself.
We baseline where you stand today across four
assistants and a set of prompts you choose, do the work, and show you
the same scan every month. If the citations do not move, you will
know, and so will we.

§04 how we work
Four steps, in this order, every time.
This one really is a sequence. Skipping a step is how
agencies end up optimising a page nobody was going to buy from.
01weeks 1–2
Audit
We take read access to everything and find out what is actually
true, before anyone proposes anything.

Quarterly review of scope, and honest cuts where needed
§05 results
Three engagements, described the way we report them.
Client type, the problem we inherited, what we changed,
and the numbers we were judged on.
Multi-location dental clinic, Punjab
Visible at the door, invisible three kilometres out.
Problem
Ranked in the local pack only within about a kilometre of each
branch. Ad budget was being spent defending a competitor bidding
on their clinic name.
What we changed
Map grid scanning to find the dead zones, all three profiles
rebuilt and correctly categorised, locality pages for the gaps, a
staff-run review process, and branded search defence in Ads.
22% → 71%map grid points in the top 3, over five months
+38%calls from Google Business Profile
₹840 → ₹390cost per booked consultation
D2C home care brand, pan-India
Growth capped by the cost of buying every customer.
Problem
Almost all revenue came from Meta, and acquisition cost rose
every quarter. No organic position, and no presence in AI answers
for the category questions buyers were asking.
What we changed
Content clusters around ingredient and comparison queries, full
schema and entity cleanup, answer-shaped buying guides, PR
placements in trade titles, and a rebuilt Performance Max structure
fed by offline conversion data.
9% → 31%share of revenue from organic, over eight months
14 of 25tracked prompts where the brand is now named by ChatGPT or Perplexity
−26%blended customer acquisition cost
Real estate developer, Tricity
Paying portals for leads, losing buyers on page one.
Problem
Four in five enquiries came from listing portals at rising cost.
Two negative forum threads sat on the first page of results for the
builder name, and sales were losing deals at the final stage.
What we changed
Project landing pages built to rank and convert, a review
programme across completed projects, PR placements and founder
interviews, and reputation work to reclaim the brand results page.
82% → 47%share of enquiries dependent on portals
11 weeksto push both negative threads off page one

§08 engagement models
Three ways to work with us, all scoped to you.
The ranges below are honest starting points, not menu
prices. Final scope and fee come out of the audit.
Local presence
TIER-01
₹35,000 – ₹60,000
per month, 3-month initial term
For a single-location business that needs the map
pack, the profile and the reviews working before anything else.
Ad spend, media buys, influencer and creator fees, paid PR
placements, stock footage, and third-party tool licences are billed at
cost and are never marked up without telling you. WhatsApp Business API
setup, CRM integration and large video shoots are quoted separately.
Political campaign work is quoted per campaign, not per month.
§09 questions
The eight questions we get asked on every first call.
Answered the way we would answer them on the phone.
Q1How long until I see results?
Paid ads and Google Business Profile work move first, usually
inside two to four weeks. Local pack and Maps positions typically
shift between month two and month four. Competitive organic SEO and
GEO citations are a six to nine month build.
Anyone promising page one in thirty days is either buying spam
links or counting keywords nobody searches.
Q2Do you lock me into a long contract?
Retainers run on a three-month initial term, because nothing
meaningful finishes faster than that, then continue month to month
with thirty days notice. Project work such as a website or an audit
is fixed scope and fixed fee.
There is no lock-in past the initial term and no exit penalty.
Q3Who owns the ad account and the website?
You do, in every case. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, Google
Analytics, Search Console, the domain, the hosting and the site
code are all created in your name with you as primary owner. We
work as users on your assets.
If we part ways you keep everything, including historical
conversion data.
Q4What reporting do I get, and how often?
A live dashboard you can open any day, a written monthly summary
covering what was done, what moved and what is next, and a monthly
call.
Reporting leads with enquiries, qualified leads and revenue where
we can track it. Rankings, impressions and reach are supporting
numbers, not the headline.
Q5Do you work with businesses outside my city?
Yes. The team is based in Guwahati and works with clients across
India, plus Indian brands selling to the Gulf, the UK and North
America.
Local and Maps work does not require us to be in your city; it
requires accurate ground data, which we collect from you and
verify. Meetings run on video, and we travel for shoots, audits and
campaign work.
Q6Is GEO worth paying for yet?
It is worth doing, and it is not worth paying a large premium for
as a separate line item. Most of the groundwork, which is clean
entities, schema, consistent facts and answer-shaped content, also
improves classic SEO, so you are not gambling.
What you should refuse is a vendor charging a standalone GEO fee
with no measurement attached. We track named citations across four
assistants against prompts you choose, and report them alongside
search.
Q7How do you handle political campaign compliance?
All political advertising is routed through the Media
Certification and Monitoring Committee for pre-certification before
it runs, spend is documented for the returning agent, and creative
follows the Election Commission of India social media guidelines
and the model code of conduct once it is in force.
We work with any candidate or party. We do not run anonymous
pages, impersonation accounts, or paid amplification that hides who
paid for it.
Q8What happens in month one?
Week one is access, tracking and a technical and profile audit.
Week two is a map grid baseline scan, a citation audit and an AI
citation baseline across your priority prompts. Week three is the
plan and the priority list, agreed with you.
Week four is execution starting with the fastest-moving items,
which is normally Google Business Profile, tracking fixes and ad
account structure.
§10 contact
Tell us what is not working. We will tell you what we would do.
A first call is 30 minutes, costs nothing, and ends with
a written summary of what we would prioritise, whether or not you
hire us.
Brief received. We will reply within 24 business hours.
Thanks. We have your details and will come back with
two or three specific things we would look at first.
